PayPal eChecks
Note: Using an e-check can take 4-10
days to clear your bank.
Your order will not be processed until we receive
notification that your e-check has cleared your bank.
Why
should I use an eCheck?

When you use eCheck, you don't have
to have a credit card or alternate funding source attached to your PayPal
account. In addition, using eCheck means you won't incur credit card debt,
since the money comes directly out of your bank account. eCheck is like
writing a check, only faster and more secure.
What
is an eCheck?

When you send money with an eCheck,
the transaction will be held as "Pending" for 3-4 business days, until the
electronic funds transfer has cleared your bank.
How
do I use an eCheck?

To
use eCheck, just select it as your Funding Source when you send money.

When
I make an eCheck payment, when will the money be debited from my bank account?

PayPal will send the request to
your bank immediately. It will take up to 4 business days for the electronic
funds transfer to be completed and for the funds to become available to the
recipient of your payment.
If your bank initially declines the electronic funds
transfer, the payment may be delayed for up to an additional 7 business days.
In this case, the Expected Clearing Date listed in the recipient's transaction
history will be updated to reflect the new date.
Why
does it take so long for my recipient's account balance to reflect my eCheck
payment?

Because we must wait for the
electronic funds transfer to clear your bank account, PayPal cannot credit
your recipient's account balance immediately. |
